Privacy Policy

This policy explains how we handle personal data of individuals ("Consumers") using SME Finance OS, in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

What we collect

Account details (email, password hash), your workspace content (transactions, receipts, categories), how you heard about us, newsletter preference, and basic usage logs.

How we use it

To provide and improve the service, secure your account, respond to support requests, and — only if you opted in — send our newsletter. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your financial data for advertising.

AI processing

When you use AI categorisation, transaction descriptions are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate suggestions. They are not used to train AI models.

Storage & security

Data is stored with Supabase (database and file storage) and served via Vercel. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access within your workspace is isolated per company.

Your rights

You may access, correct, export or delete your personal data at any time — contact us or use the in-app tools. Unsubscribe from the newsletter via the link in any email.
