These Terms & Conditions apply to individuals using SME Finance OS in a personal capacity ("Consumer"). By creating an account you agree to these terms.
SME Finance OS provides bookkeeping, transaction tracking, reporting and related tools. It is not an accounting, tax or financial advisory service. Reports are generated from the data you provide and should be verified before being relied upon for tax or statutory filings.
New accounts start with a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required for the trial. After the trial, continued use requires an active plan. We will never charge you without your explicit agreement to a paid plan.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
You retain all rights to the financial data you upload. You can export your data at any time. We may delete data from accounts that remain inactive for more than 12 months after trial expiry, with prior email notice.
You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to access other users' data, reverse-engineering the platform, or using it for unlawful purposes.
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made in reliance on reports generated by the service.
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified by email at least 14 days before taking effect.
